1. Why is there a 3 month minimum?

A 3-month minimum for nutrition coaching allows sufficient time to establish habits, track progress, and achieve meaningful, sustainable dietary changes. It also lets me know that you’re serious about committing to your goals and putting in the work to see results!

2. I’m working out but not seeing the results I want, why?

Nutrition is crucial in your fat loss journey and generally more important than exercise because it primarily determines calorie intake, metabolism and body composition. While exercise complements the process by burning calories and improving overall health.
