Challenge begins September 2nd and you will have access to JOIN until August 31th to have time to prepare!
If your goal is to improve your overall health, lose body fat, move your body more but need accountability and learn more about macros/nutrition and you don't know where to start, this challenge is for you!
Program is for both me and women: will have both in gym and at-home workout options available for you (for at-home you will need access to dumbbells and resistance bands).
For best results and a chance to WIN you can expect for best results to workout 3-4 days/week, track your food and message me questions along the way!
My goal for you in this challenge is to lean out yes but also to learn healthy habits around food and move your body more! You will have app access with in-app messaging, weekly checkins, recipes, full workout program scheduled on a calendar, personalized macros and more...
You will have access to the app only for the 6 weeks of the challenge. Challenge begins September 2nd and will have access to the app material until Oct. 14th
